1.1.10: wanted to watch "fantastic mr fox" at the cinema and then realized that it will not be released until may.
watched "squid and the whale" on dvd instead, not realising (until i was looking for background information about it online) that it was made by the same bunch of people.
dialogues in "squid and the whale" feel like daniel nocke met hal hartley.
"margot at the wedding" seemed more original to me. both are by noah baumbach.
