rhtyhms and daily routines
Edward B. Gordon - on iNCONTEXT.TV from dutch rall on Vimeo.
in a scripts writing course the tutors advised us: "get a pen, paper and an egg timer. set the egg timer to ten minutes and start writing no matter what. only rule: don't put down the pen, don't stop moving that hand. and if nothing comes to your mind, write: "nothing comes to my mind". you will be surprised what will come to your mind in the end.
this is a good way to overcome writers block. and if you make it a daily routine, it will increase your writing skills tremendously."
